The Mayor had his cronies serve Frank Scotto with recall papers on false and trumped-up charges

The Mayor has orchestrated a campaign using Councilmembers Mike Mauno and Hope Witkowsky with totally false allegations regarding a developer, Norm LaCaze, who just happens to be a long-time friend of Dan Walker's.

The Mayor had the Torrance Firefighters Association President Martin Serna, go on record saying the Frank voted to cut 14 firefighters.  NOT TRUE--NEVER HAPPENED--CHECK THE RECORD

And now, The Mayor has told the City unions and workers that Frank will disband them if he is elected.  HOW ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!  Frank has always supported our city workers.  CHECK THE RECORD!
